This was an outstanding experience. In one weekend I was able to see my issues more clearly and shift them on a physical level! The learning was amazing and will no doubt have a huge ripple effect in my life. As a facilitation of personal development, I have learned some great tools just by Michael’s modeling that I’m sure made it easier for me to absorb and relax with the concepts and techniques.
