Before I had Bio-Energy Healing, I was tired, grumpy and almost always had pain from my carpal tunnel syndrome and nerve damage in my neck. I had very low energy and felt negative. After having sessions I feel lighter, like I have more bounce in my step. For the most part I am painless apart from my right hand giving me a little trouble from time to time. I am also making sound decisions about things I want in my life.
