For almost a year I’ve had a frozen left shoulder, pain in my left hip and more recently a pulled groin muscle on my left side. My energy level after each session was higher than normal. After the first session I had a much later night than normal, but I didn’t even feel tired.But the best thing that has happened is that my frozen shoulder has vastly improved, and continues to improve. As I am writing this, I realize that I have even more range of motion in that shoulder than I did a few days ago. My groin and hip are also feeling better, but the improvement in my shoulder is amazing! Thank you!
