Before I had Bio-Energy I would lay awake through the night and worry about work and life. I have trouble motivating myself to get off the couch in the evenings. I had Bio-Energy treatments as I was suffering from chronic pain in my left shoulder and had some difficulty getting to sleep at night. My shoulder had been bothering me for months and I was on a waiting list to see an orthopedic surgeon. I was fairly skeptical that Bio-Energy would make any difference, but by the end of the second session, there was a noticeable improvement in my shoulder and the sessions helped to quiet my mind so that I could sleep at night. I still have no idea how the process itself could have made such a difference, but I do not question that it helped me sleep like a baby and helped provide greater mobility in my shoulder. Thank you.

“I have found that both my shoulder and sleep have gotten better since I participated in the sessions”
I had been suffering for a year with pain due to a condition known as ‘frozen shoulder’ and had been extensively treating it with both physiotherapy and massage. The sessions were warm and friendly and I felt comfortable right from the beginning. I have to admit, I was a little surprised to find out I would be standing for the sessions, as I wasn’t sure how relaxed I could be standing up, but I was willing to try. During the sessions though I could feel my body being pulled to and from by the energy work and it became very easy to relax and just be in the moment. I have found that both my shoulder and sleep have gotten better since I participated in the sessions. I certainly also feel more centered and empowered.

I started out with considerable pain in the neck and upper back. During the treatments the pain would switch back and forth between those areas. My pain and tightness was reduced to almost no pain by the end of 4 sessions and at the present moment I am experiencing no pain or tightness whatsoever. I felt extremely tired after the sessions, but the day after I felt energized. What amazed me the most though about the sessions was the clarity of mind I experienced. While having the Bio-Energy, I had my bi-monthly psychotherapy session and I was blown away by how it went. I consider it to be the best session I can remember. I attribute my ability to this break though to the Bio-Energy, I cannot think of other factors that could have caused this unblocking of the mind. I am really grateful and looking forward to my next session.

“By the end of the course of treatment, my shoulder went back to its normal state”
I have received a course of treatment for relief from my upper back and shoulder pain. Prior to Bio-energy, my shoulder felt very tense and limited to my normal movement, such that I was not able to lift my right arm past the height of my shoulder. Through the session, I felt very relaxed and light. At times during the sessions my shoulder pain would turn into a stinging type of pain and then fade away shortly after the sessions. By the end of the course of treatment, my shoulder went back to its normal state. I am now able to fully rotate my arm with no hesitation. Overall, I found Bio-Energy very relaxing and I am very thankful that it was able to help me with my pain.

“I am no longer aware of any tension in my lower back or shoulder regardless of my level of physical activity”
I had chronic pain in my low back for years which had recently been determined to be caused by a slight hip misalignment. Custom orthotics corrected the hip misalignment but did nothing for the muscle tension and pain. In addition, I had lingering shoulder pain from a recent strain. I found each session relaxing and I felt fairly tranquil afterwards. After the first session, I slept better than normal and woke up without the low back pain I had grown accustomed to. For the first time in months I did not feel like I had an ice pick stuck in my lower back when I awoke. Over the subsequent sessions I have experienced a noticeable improvement in my lower back and shoulder. Neither has continued to impact my life. I sleep better and do not have any pain when I wake or in general, and I am no longer aware of any tension in my lower back or shoulder regardless of my level of physical activity. I feel the Bio-Energy greatly reduced the recovery time for both my ailments.

I had sustained a dislocated shoulder through a sports injury and I was able to have a Bio-Energy session the very next day. The treatment definitely helped to ease the pain that day. I’m writing this now two weeks later and I feel my shoulder has made an incredibly fast and still ongoing recovery. My cousin dislocated his shoulder earlier this year and couldn’t even move it for a month. After having Bio-Energy and just two weeks I am fully operational with my shoulder. Before having Bio-Energy sessions, so much tension had built up in my shoulders and neck that they were very stiff. In fact even rolling my shoulders back hurt because of the tension. During the sessions I felt relaxed and was surprised that a hands off therapy could produce physical sensations. After just the first session I could feel a reduction in shoulder tension and a greater ease of movement in my shoulders and neck. I also had more energy. These improvements became more defined with each session and by the time I had my follow up session the painful tension in my neck and shoulders had completely disappeared!

I have suffered from pain in my back, right hip and shoulder for over 15 years. I have always been on pain killers and have been to physio for regular treatment. Last year I fell down and badly injured my right shoulder. I was in unbearable pain before I had Bio-Energy sessions. I was at my lowest point. After 4 sessions of Bio-Energy the pain in both places is so much better! It is not half as painful as before, I can walk and have better movement now in both places! I was going through a very stressful time in my life when I went in for Bio-Energy healing. I had been suffering from lack of sleep, tension headaches, and very stiff and achy shoulders from an aggravated whiplash injury. I was a bit nervous at the first session, but as the session progressed I began to relax and by the end of the session I felt much more relaxed and even had the sensation of wanting to go to sleep! I was amazed that after only 2 sessions I hadn’t experienced any headaches and my shoulders were not as stiff when I awoke in the morning. For almost a year I’ve had a frozen left shoulder, pain in my left hip and more recently a pulled groin muscle on my left side. My energy level after each session was higher than normal. After the first session I had a much later night than normal, but I didn’t even feel tired. But the best thing that has happened is that my frozen shoulder has vastly improved, and continues to improve. As I am writing this, I realize that I have even more range of motion in that shoulder than I did a few days ago. For the past few years I have had very stiff shoulders, restless sleep, and a lack of income. I had been struggling to find more steady work. Ever since I started having Bio-Energy, things have significantly changed. After my first session I got a job offer for more work. Prior to having sessions I had multiple points around my right shoulder area that were stressed, tense, and quite painful at times.
