Where to login and find your course?
First, click Login at the top right of the site:
Second, fill in your username and password:
Once logged in, you’ll now see your name at the top right of the site. Click your name beside the icon at the top right of the page. Then, click courses and voila! you can now see your purchased course(s).
Help, I've forgotten my password!
Don’t worry, it’s easy to reset your password. First, go to Login at the top right of our site:
Second, click the Forgot Password link:
Now provide the exact same username or email you used to purchase your product:
If you have a valid account, a confirmation link will be emailed to you. Click the link in the email to be taken to a password reset page where you can put in a new password.
How to change my password?
First, click your name beside the icon at the top of the page. Then, click Settings:
Next, fill in the boxes with your current password, new desired password and repeat new password. Then, click Save Changes button.
You can see the confirmation message after submission of your settings.
How to download PDF or audio from my email order?
You can download your PDF or audio file by clicking the links in right column of your order email. If you just made your order, it can take a few minutes for the email to come in. In some cases, you may even have to check your Spam folder.
Once the email arrives, click a link under the download column to download your PDF or audio file:
Similarly, if you’ve purchased an online training course, you will need to scroll down in the email and click the course link:
That will simply take you to the course area of the site for your purchased training … once there, you will need to provide your username / email and password (that you previously setup during purchase registration) to login.
How to see my completion certificate?
First, finish your course lesson all the way to the bottom. Click “Get Your Certificate” then click “Proceed to Quiz”.
Second, click Start Quiz (don’t worry, the quiz is just a prompt to get your certificate):
Third, click Confirm button
Fourth, answer Yes then click Submit Quiz
Fifth, click Confirm button
Lastly, click View Profile and in View>Certifications, you can see your generated certificate!
